For the almond cheese
160g almond meal
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3/4 tsp fine salt
150ml water
2 tsp white miso
Optional; 2 tbsp pesto (or chopped herbs of choice)
For the platter
1 box of desired crackers
1 cup Lucky Nuts natural pistachios
1 punnet of strawberries, washed
1 punnet blueberries
