INGREDIENTS

4 apples, cored and diced

4 cup strawberrys, cored and halved

2 Tbsp fresh orange juice

½ tsp ground cinnamon

 

Crumble

180g / 2 cups rolled oats

150g / 1 1/2 cups almond meal

Pinch salt

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, optional

100g / 1/3 cup real maple syrup

85g / 1/3 cup butter

Lucky Almond Meal 400g

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180c.
  2. Add the base ingredients to a small baking dish and combine well. Set aside.
  3. Add all crumble ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Spread over fruit filling.
  4. Bake for 30 mins. Check to ensure apple is soft- if it needs longer cover with aluminium foil and bake an extra 10 mins.
  5. Serve immediately topped with cream, ice cream or yoghurt.
