INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup cashew pieces

1/4 cup hemp seeds

Pinch salt

2 dates

6 cups hot (not boiling) water

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and allow to stand for 10 minutes+.
  2. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until very smooth. Taste your milk, adding an extra date (and blending again) if needing extra sweetness. Straight through a milk bag into a wide mouthed jug.
  3. Pour from jug into a storage jar with a lid, and store in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.
