Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients. Using a wooden spoon, mix ingredients to combine well. The mixture will be quite stiff, so it will take a few minutes to mix together.
Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough into a round ball and place on baking tray. Flatten slightly and repeat with the remaining dough.
Bake for 18 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes, before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
