INGREDIENTS

¾ cup melted dark chocolate
1 cup sunflower seeds
½ cup cacao nibs

  1. Combine the mixture in a bowl and stir through until the seeds and nibs are fully coated.
  2. Carefully spoon into mini paper cupcake cups, or directly into a silicone mini cupcake tray, and set in the fridge until hard.
