INGREDIENTS

½ cup Lucky Natural Almonds (or Lucky Sunflower Kernels)
¼ cup cacao powder
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp beetroot powder
¼ cup hemp seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup soft, packed dates, pitted (approx 10-12)

METHOD

1. Add almonds, cacao powder, chia seeds, beetroot powder and hemp seeds to a food processor and blitz for 1 minute or until very finely chopped.

2. While the food processor is still running add in the vanilla and one date at a time, then continue to process for a further 30 seconds. Turn off the food processor.

3. Roll into balls around 2 Tbsp each in size. You may wish to coat them in extra cacao powder, beet powder, coconut or any seed of choice.

4. Store in an airtight container the pantry for 2 days, in the fridge up to 5 days or you can freeze for up to 3 months.
