INGREDIENTS

3 cups Lucky Natural Almonds
ΒΌ cup rice malt syrup, or maple syrup, or honey
1 banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp nut or seed butter

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2. In a bowl mash the banana, stir through the cinnamon, vanilla, nut or seed butter and your
chosen sweetener. Add the almonds and combine to coat.

3. Place on a lined baking tray and into the oven for 30 minutes, or until darkened. Allow to
cool before serving.
